For the love of Fozaza..

Hello lovelies,

This week has been full of events in our beautiful Bahrain, it’s been so fun attending and mingling with my fellow bloggers.

Last night Michael Kors Bahrain held a styling session with non-other than the queen of Blazers herself Lady Fozaza AKA Alanoud Badr, it was so fun finally meeting her and getting to know her, getting all chatty about fashion and style.

First there was a mini fashion session where models wore the looks that Alanoud has put together showcasing the clothes, bags and jewelry, and after that there was time to look around and take pictures and of course talk to her, I was there with Haya from I Speak Prada and Ali from The Sartori ali and Future fashion designer Muneera and her sister Maha, we had so much fun chatting about various things and of course snapping pictures.

Chatting with Alanoud was great, she gave advice on how to start in fashion and how to be s memorable designer not just a trend that fades away and won’t be remembered, she told us that if you want to be remembered find your style first and let it be unique and iconic, she was soooo fun to hang out with.

Yes we became besties, coz when two awesome people meet that's the most rational thing to do!! oh and we did takes loads of selfies together!!

Pull&Bear FW13 Collection

Hey guys,

Yesterday Pull and Bear held an event to showcase the new FW13 collection,

Pull & Bear is a Spanish clothing brand; it focuses on casual, laid-back clothing and accessories for young people with a very urban style.

Upon arriving we were greeted by the lovely Pull & Bear team and the store manager Sophia, Sophia took us through the new collection and talked about how the store is growing and how it’s pieces evolved for another demographic, a more young adult ready wear sort of fashion.

Fact: Did you know that the brand also makes pieces that are especially made for the Middle Eastern market?! They have the maxi dresses and the maxi skirts that are exclusive to the Middle Eastern region.

I loved everything about the collection, the colors, the style and the materials. I was going through each piece and thinking up ways to wear it, the collection is truly inspiring, me and Mara from Electric Firefly were just jumping from rack to rack admiring the pieces and how they are amazing for hijabis.

 Well, can you believe it!! We are half way through 2013!! Hello July!! How did the year go by so quickly!!?

Today I'm here to share with you my May & June favorites, so without further ado here they are..

First lets start with my beauty favorites

Ronnie red MAC lipstick

Its a twist from the normal Red color, i am loving wearing this with golden eyeshadows.

Electric pink smash box lipstick

 This is a gorgeous pink; its is a statement all by its self, i love wearing this with blue eyeliner or a black cat eye.

Red square Nars lip pencil

Notice how much i am loving bright lipsticks?? well this one is no different this orange is unlike any orange, its like a mix of orange and red, i always get complements whenever i wear it.

Electric blue H&M eyeliner

Siren urban decay liquid eyeliner

 my favorite blue eyeliner, i love how this has a metallic finish to it plus it is so easy to apply.

Fit me Maybelline concealer

 i bought this when i was in a hurry and my mac pro long wear  concealer was finished, this turned out to be the best concealer i have tried, its easy to apply and it blends flawlessly.

H&M bronzing powder

 This product is a basic thing for me, i always have it in reach even if its not what I'm using at the time, but these past months i have rediscovered the glory that is this bronzer, i use it to contour and it does an amazing job at it.

What can i say about this other than I LOVE IT, I LOVE IT, I LOVE IT.

This song is so upbeat and fun to listen to, I mean don’t we all just wanna stay young and not growup??!

- Favorite TV show: I have three, lets face it with the premier of new summer shows a TV show junky is bound to get crazed with new shows

 Twisted

This has got to be the most TV show that I anticipate each week, its only 4 episodes in but I love the mystery, the drama and the relationships, it kinda reminds me a bit of pretty little liars. If you haven’t seen this than what are you waiting for go download it.

The White Queen

If you love historic dramas than this is a must see for you, and if you love TV shows that are based on novels than GO WATCH!! This show is amazing, from the events, the history and OMG the characters are just phenomenal. 

Under the dome

Do you love Stephen King?? GO WATCH THIS!! This show is based on Kings amazing novel with the same name, it is just so gripping, it pulls you into the world of several people and how they are affected by what is happening.

 I love getting random pics and vids; they brighten up my day.

- Favorite Book: 

The English American

 I listened to it on Audible here. This is such an awesome light read, it’s funny, sweet and emotional a perfect beach read.
